Clinical and Surgical Support serve as a “Core Facility” for investigators, so they don’t have to duplicate resources, thus reducing research costs. Services are provided on a recharge basis.
Clinical Services is responsible for the surveillance of animal health and well-being and performing, or overseeing, the medical treatment and post-operative progress of research subjects.
Surgical Services provides aseptic and clean surgery facilities for survival and non-survival surgical procedures, as well as an assortment of equipment and supplies.
